Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your appointment.
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all, please note that I have the following policies:
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Unfortunately, I cannot proceed with the appointment if you have any of the below medical conditions:
-Heart disease
-Pregnant/Breastfeeding
-Haemophilia/blood clotting disorder (unless with doctors permission note)
-Regularly take blood thinning medication (unless with doctors permission note)
-Haemorrhaging (unless with doctors permission note)
AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be over 18 years old to get tattooed. I require a valid ID to confirm your age.
No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the studio, even if accompanied by an adult..
DEPOSITS AND CHARGES
A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking for a tattoo appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and is required to reserve my time and ensure a place in my schedule. Deposits will be lost if the appointment is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled time. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, I can move your deposit to a new date as long as you give me 72 hours notice.
The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the tattoo and will be deducted from the final payment due at the end of the appointment.
The deposit can be paid in person or online, and must be received within 48 hours of booking the appointment.
I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment if you fail to pay the deposit within the required timeframe.
If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the remainder of the price for the tattoo. I understand that emergencies happen, so please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Bookings and deposits are for the time slot. If the session goes over, there will be additional charges. Please be aware of the time and plan accordingly to avoid additional fees.
If you stop your session mid-way through, you will still be liable for the full payment.

DESIGNING PROCESS
Designs will be shown at the start of your appointment and any minor changes can be made then. However, any major changes to your design will eat into the tattoo time and may result in a longer session or additional charges.
I do not copy other artists' designs. I respect the originality and creativity of other artists and believe in creating unique and personalised designs for my clients.
If you bring in a design that was created by another artist, I will not replicate it. Instead, I will work with you to create a custom design that is inspired by their original idea but is unique and personalised to them.
I reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who requests a design that is a direct copy of another artist's work.
You acknowledge that the design created by the tattoo artist is their original work and may not be replicated or used by other artists without permission.
GENERAL
Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals are not eligible for tattoo services. This is due to the potential risks associated with the procedure, including the risk of infection and the potential transfer of harmful substances to the baby.
No drugs or alcohol are allowed before or during your appointment. Additionally, any rude or derogatory behaviour will not be tolerated. If you exhibit such behaviour, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged.
Individuals with congenital heart disease are not eligible for tattoo services. This is due to the increased risk of endocarditis, a serious infection of the heart lining that can be caused by the introduction of bacteria during the tattooing process.
Please do not haggle my prices. I charge by my worth and believe in fair compensation for my work.
BEFORE TATTOO PROCEDURE
Please eat beforehand to avoid fainting during the tattoo session. I want you to be comfortable and safe during your appointment.
Sunburn, burnt skin, and scratches on the tattooed area cannot be tattooed and will result in the appointment being cancelled and charged. Please ensure that the tattooed area is healthy and free of any damage before your appointment.
You are not allowed to bring anyone with you to your appointments unless for medical reasons. This is to ensure the safety and privacy of our clients and team
If you requires assistance due to a medical condition, they must inform me prior to the appointment. I will make every effort to accommodate your needs and make you as comfortable as possible during the tattooing process.
I reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with this policy.
You are responsible for informing your friends and family members of this policy prior to your appointment.
I will provide a comfortable and safe environment for the you during the tattooing process. This includes providing a clean and sterile workspace, as well as taking breaks as needed to ensure your comfort.
DURING TATTOO PROCEDURE
Personal belongings are not allowed on sterile workstations . This is to ensure a clean and safe environment for both the you and our team.
You are responsible for keeping their personal belongings in a designated area provided by the studio.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
You are encouraged to bring a laptop and headphones for their comfort during the tattooing process. However, these items must be kept in the designated area and not on the sterile workstation.
I reserved the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with this policy.
Full day procedures start from 9.30a.m and run through until 2.30pm/4.30p.m. This will include a 1 hour lunch break.
Please do not touch the tattoo or tattooed area for fear of cross-contamination. I take hygiene and safety seriously and appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and sterile environment.
AFTER TATTOO PROCEDURE
Looking after your tattoo is important for the healing process. I will provide you with aftercare instructions and it is your responsibility to follow them carefully. Failure to follow our directions can lead to infections and I will not be liable for any complications that arise from improper aftercare.
Touch-ups are free of charge for tattoos done by me, under certain conditions and only if our products are used during the healing process.
The free touch-up service is valid for up to 3 months after the initial tattoo appointment.
I will determine if a touch-up is necessary and will use their professional judgment to determine the best course of action.
You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by myself to ensure proper healing and minimise the need for touch-ups.
If you fail to follow the aftercare instructions provided by myself, you may be charged for touch-up services.
I reserve the right to refuse touch-up services if I believe that your tattoo was not done by me or if the you have not followed the aftercare instructions.
